"Whole Experience Extremely Positive"

Sally Rowe and Pauline Kelly ran a Master Training course for our organisation in May 2008.

Because of the distance involved, all of the organisation was done via email and telephone which worked really well. I was quite surprised by how efficient their service was; this combined with a flexible approach made the whole experience extremely positive. Sally and Pauline are a highly professional team and they delivered our course with style and humour. All of our participants learnt a lot from their role modelling and we had a lot of fun along the way. I recommend Sally and Pauline to anyone who is interested, without hesitation.

"A great experience"

We attended the Master Trainers update workshop at Geelong in October 2009. We initially trained in 2004 and 2005 respectively and saw this as an opportunity to update our knowledge and skills in the Stanford CDSMP.

The workshop proved to be an excellent day, many topics were covered and all the participants were able to present their problems, successes and any other issues in a very friendly atmosphere. Practice teaching around some of the issues raised by the facilitators proved to be valuable enabling us to examine such topics as dealing with potential leaders who have problems with the CDSMP concepts and how to correctly conduct a session review during a leader training workshop. Brainstorming was also covered and used to problem solve some of the issues raised during the workshop.

We both enjoyed the day very much, meeting with other Master Trainers and networking with them was for us a great experience. Pauline and Sally (with Nicki in the background) presented the day extremely well putting us all at ease right from the start and making sure that all our needs were met. We both feel that workshops such as this are an invaluable tool to keep up to date with changes to the program, network with others and do it all in a friendly and fun day.

"Encourage other Master Trainers to attend"

As one who attended the Brisbane update last November, I'd like to encourage other Master Trainers to attend this one. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, and over the following weeks and months was more able to appreciate the benefits - sharing information and experiences from both Sally & Pauline, and the other participants
